It is a trully sad experience that at companies accross the board from large and prestegious to small and start-ups the recruitement process is the one process that needs to be improved and refined the most. The UC\/CX is simply poor. I can deal with rejection but today’s email actually gave me the impression that I was down selected when checking their workday portal it listed rejected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No feedback provided no contact details and a return email adres that does not work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is about time that applicants are going to be treated as humans. People that are looking for a job to feed their loved ones and achive things never achieved before for your company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
